Topping chocolate line
巧克力块 1/2 cup [ semisweet chocolate pieces]
Sherry酒/水 4 小勺 [ /20ml/]
butter 2 勺 [ /30ml/]
小锅小火，巧克力块和30ml butter, 搅匀。再加20ml Sherry酒/水。Dizzle over chilled Sherry-cream.
